Does Vanguard only make parts in plastic?
Vanguard is proud to offer parts in the material that best suits your application. We offer parts in molded plastic, die cast metal, stamped metal, and thermoplastic elastomer.
What finishes are available?
Die cast parts are typically treated with a process known as powder-coating. This method imparts a hard, ceramic-like colored coating to the part, which is more scratch and impact-resistant than regular paint. Sheet metal parts are typically plated with yellow-chromate for corrosion resistance. Stainless steel is also available.
Do you offer custom parts?
Yes! One of Vanguard's traditional strengths has been our ability to produce custom parts on spec, and on time. This includes single parts to fully integrated assemblies. Please use our contact form to enquire about our custom program.
